Night of Living Dead

Night of the Living Dead Party (much more fun if it's NOT held near Halloween). (category: adult party)  The invitations showed two wine glasses next to a coffin. Instructions were to dress as someone who is dead...or should be. $10 was awarded to best costume/idea and contestants included Donna Reed (me), my husband's old shop teacher, Andrew Dice Clay, President Bush, Jesus, Gloria Swanson, and my macabre favorite: a man dressed in a nice blue suit who carried an obituary clipped from the newspaper in his pocket. What better way to reaffirm that we're alive?
